ORION has its own personnel qualified in different fields (chemistry, physics, environmental engineers, chemical engineers, electronic engineers, mathematics, biologists, telecommunications engineers, technicians) to carry out the various services according to the quality standards (ISO9001:2000).

The technical service department includes more than 20 specialized technical engineers, equipped with all tools and spare parts necessary for the service operation in the field.

ORION developped statistical software for the management of the monitoring networks, that is the GESTICOM.2000 and the expert system ORION-EXPERT for management and data validation ‘s models.

 

At ORION’s facility the customer can find:

• A data validation Master station for air quality monitoring networks: it is an outsourcing service offered to our customers;

• A Laboratory for repair, check-out and calibration of the equipment, equiped with certified gas cylinders, mass flow meters, pressure and temperature regulators certified by SIT.
